Amending Bookings:
• Changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost.
• Failure to reschedule within the 48 hours will result in a rescheduling fee of $30.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 80% of the total service cost.
***No-shows will be banned from booking***
Late Arrivals:
• Arrivals later than the scheduled time may result in a shortened service. If it’s past 15 minutes it will need to be rescheduled, with fees applied.
Refunds:
• All services and deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited only once toward a future booking if proper notice is given.
• Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction after the service is completed; however, adjustments may be offered within 36 hours of the service.
Emergency Exceptions:
• Exceptions for cancellations or rescheduling due to emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Pregnancy Risk Disclaimer:
• Lash extensions are generally safe during pregnancy; however, due to potential hormonal changes, some clients may experience heightened sensitivity, excessive fallout or allergic reactions. Additionally, requires lying down for an extended period, which may cause discomfort or circulation issues, especially in later stages of pregnancy. If you have any concerns or experience discomfort during the application process, please inform your technician immediately. Consult with your healthcare provider before proceeding if you have specific medical concerns.
Age Requirement:
• Clients must be 18 years or older to be serviced.
No Guests Policy:
• For safety and comfort, no guests are allowed in the service space.
Payment Policy:
• Cash, Zelle, Venmo or Apple pay are the only accepted payment methods.
Policy Agreements:
I understand that eyelash extensions will be applied while I lie with my eyes closed for 60-180 minutes. If I have any medical conditions that may be aggravated by this, I may not be a good candidate for the service.
I consent to the application or removal of lashes by a licensed esthetician. I acknowledge that irritation, redness, itchiness, or watery eyes may occur during/immediately after. Allergic reactions to eyelash extensions or the products used may occur. If I experience any irritation, I will contact the esthetician immediately, with the option to have the lashes removed.
I will follow aftercare instructions to prevent lashes from falling out prematurely and understand that failure to do so may lead to complications. I am responsible for any issues resulting from improper care or product use, and The Lash Refinery is not liable for any health issues or injuries.
I release The Lash Refinery from any claims or damages related to this service and consent to before and after photos being used for advertising purposes, including on social media.
This agreement applies to this procedure and all future follow-ups, by booking with The Lash Refinery, I confirm I understand and agree to these terms.
