• Full payment or a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. You have 24-48 hours to make your payment, or your order will be canceled.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
• Filling out this form does not secure your order.
• Once your form is submitted, we’ll either confirm or deny your request.
• If we can’t fulfill your order, we’ll explain why and offer any helpful information.
• If we can take on your order, we’ll make sure all your questions are answered so everything is crystal clear.
• After confirming the details of your order, we’ll send you an invoice with the total price and the deposit amount.
• Your 50% deposit secures your order, and please note that retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Delivery isn’t available at this time.
• All Custom cupcakes Are 2 Dozens
• The remaining balance is due 2 days before your event, unless we agree otherwise.
• We don’t copy other bakers. We take pride in creating unique, custom designs tailored just for you.
