Overview:

Hart .I.T. is a small business owned and operated out of Atlanta, GA. We are currently hiring for contractor field technicans. Hart I.T., provides technical services for multiple companies, both state and nationwide. Break-fix tickets typically require a (4 -24 hr.) response time. This structure allows for work flexibility based on your schedule. Most work is either break-fix or project work, providing either hourly or flat rate compensation based on the scope of work. This position is part-time 1099 or W2 (depending on client), which can pay full-time compensation, not working traditional full time hours. Hart I.T. also has opportunities for traveling projects.

Responsibilities:
- Set up hardware and install and configure PC, Laptops, and Pre-Configured Network Devices.
- Provide support to restaurants via telephone and remote support tools.
- Wi-Fi Configuration and Trouble Shooting.
- PC/Server Maintenance.
- Network Cabling and Infrastructure.
- AV/ Digital signage.
Requirements:
- Field Technican must have 3 years of Network Installation experience.
- Field Technican must have 3 years of Cabling experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preffered).
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills.
- Experience as Computer Technician or IT Help Desk (Preferred).
- Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components.
- Must be willing to cover the entire state of GA, some areas of TN, AL, and SC (will be paid for travel time).
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be willing to travel 25%
Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
- 1099 Contractor
- Bonus opportunities
- Hourly compensation
Schedule:
Monday - Friday; including some weekends
