    Mission: At Tres Sueños Morados Foundation, we are dedicated to increasing opportunities for Black and Brown youth in the Merrimack Valley by providing a concrete foundation through professional development, mentoring, and coaching. We aim to dismantle systemic obstacles to success and leadership by empowering youth to thrive academically, professionally, and personally. Vision: We envision a future where BIPOC youth possess the skills, confidence, and professional connections needed to excel in their careers. Through mentorship, career exploration, and cultural empowerment, we strive to inspire a new generation of leaders who will shape a brighter, more inclusive future.

    The Tres Sueños Morados Foundation seeks volunteerswho are committed to mentorship, coaching, and career exploration for Black andBrown youth, with a focus on the following areas: Mentorship & Coaching: Guidance from professionals across diverse sectors, such as technology, healthcare, law enforcement, and education, sharing their experiences with students.Career Exploration: Workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching in a wide range of professions to inspire students and provide career insights. Self-Empowerment & Cultural Identity: Activities that help students build pride in their heritage and develop strong self-awareness and confidence. Parental & Community Engagement: Actively involving parents and community members to create a strong support network.
