 The following items are required to apply for the

 2024-25 Top Gun Awards:

1. Make sure your National Women's Council of Realtors 2025 membership is current.

Visit WCR.org to renew membership paying by credit or debit card.

$239.00 dues, which includes National, State, and Local, membership rewal must be paid to National at WCR.org.  Your receipt will need to be uploaded  to apply for Top Gun 2024-2025.

 Deadline for entry is February 10, 2025 

2. Make payment of the Top Gun Application on Eventbrite.com

Click on TICKETS and choose Top Gun Application $150. Top Gun application fees are non-refundable.

 Reservations & payment MUST be received by

February 10, 2025.

Reservations Required - No walk-ins or pay at the door.

Gala Dinner Tickets are $50 per person and can be purchased on Eventbrite

Qualifying closed production is $1M or more sold 1/1/2024  to 12/31/2024. Dollar volume and transactions are calculated on agent transactions, NOT team transactions. Teams are defined as an agent with one or more licensed agents working under them and having their sales listed/counted under the Team Leader. A two-member team who shares all transactions would be listed/counted as 1/2 of the dollar volume and 1/2 the sides per transaction. The buyer and seller transactions are calculated as one transaction each (i.e.buyer=1 and seller=1 In the case of a shared transaction side, it is calculated as 1/2 transaction of the dollar volume.

The $150 Top Gun fee includes a wall plaque for first recipients or a 2024 plate to add to your existing/perpetual wall plaque, the headshot that you furnish us  (along with the other Top Gun Realtors & Strategic Partners) appearing in a color ad in print media. This ad will also be posted on our Women's Council of Realtors Pensacola Bay Area FaceBook page. 

You have worked hard, endured and flourished in 2024 and we want to celebrate YOU and your accomplishments! Plaques will be delivered at the Top Gun Gala. If you are unable to attend, you may ask a colleague or friend to pick up your plaque or plate. Otherwise, they will be made available at Keller Williams Gulf Coast, 800 Langley Ave., Pensacola, FL 32504.
