Client Service Agreement
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This document applies to all services provided by The Wig Whisperer Hair Company, including extensions, wigs, and custom hair systems.Important Notice: I understand that if I proceed with my consultation, my hair must remain in its current state (length, color, etc.) until the installation. Any changes may result in price adjustments or cancellation.I also grant The Wig Whisperer Hair Company permission to use my photos or videos for marketing purposes, with the option to display only my hair if I wish to remain anonymous. My Responsibilities: Accurate Information: I confirm that all information I have provided is accurate and true.Cancellations and Rescheduling:I understand that to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I must contact the salon directly and receive voice confirmation from the staff.Payment Terms:I will pay my deposit or pay in full for my service at the time of scheduling.If I choose to pay a deposit, I will pay the remaining balance upon completion of my installation service.Non-Refundable Deposit:I understand that the deposit for the installation is NON-REFUNDABLE and is applied toward the purchase of the hair. NO REFUNDS will be issued on deposits or any hair services.Pre- and Post-Procedure Care:I will follow all pre-procedure and post-procedure care instructions as recommended by my stylist.Hair Maintenance:I will use only the recommended brush to maintain my hair and will blow dry on a cool or warm setting to prevent excess moisture. I will NOT use hot settings.I understand that my stylist is not responsible for loose extensions due to improper brushing or moisture exposure.Professional Products:I will only use professional products for my extensions or hair system, as recommended by my stylist.Salt Water Exposure:I will rinse my hair after exposure to salt water.Wearing Extensions or Hair Systems:I will not wear my extensions or hair system for longer than the recommended time.I will not alter my extensions or hair system in any way, including cutting, coloring, or applying chemicals.Extension and Hair System Removal:I will not attempt to remove my extensions or hair system myself.I will have the same stylist who performed the consultation and application to remove them.I understand that removal must be done by my hair salon technician or extensionist.Liability Release:I release The Wig Whisperer Hair Company, its staff, and affiliates from any liability or responsibility for damages, injuries, or accidents that may occur during or after the procedure.Acknowledgment:By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood the terms and conditions of this agreement.
