TRAVEL PURCHASE AUTHORIZATION For Non-Website Purchases:
To confirm your travel arrangements, your signature is required. This authorization is not required for electronic payments you make directly (via payment links or through travel suppliers’ websites).
Charges will only be made by the hotel, resort, tour operator, cruise line, or other travel supplier.
Independent Travel Agents are not authorized to accept or process payments through any personal accounts or accept checks, cash, or other forms of payment.
Credit Card Authorization:
For your convenience, we may collect your credit card details for authorization purposes only to secure your booking. No charges will be processed at this time. Your card will only be charged when further authorization is provided for any final payments.
TRAVEL INSURANCE WAIVER
Travel Insurance is highly recommended to protect against medical expenses, baggage delays/loss, trip delays, cancellations, and other coverage. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, we can arrange it through our partnered carriers.
If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, your signature on this waiver is required. Please note that final travel documents (tickets, vouchers, etc.) will not be sent to you until the signed waiver is received.
