We will create your client profile and you will receive a booking confirmation email. 48 hours before your scheduled appointment you will receive an appointment reminder and an invoice. If you are paying with a credit card, we ask this invoice is paid by your appointment time.
Policies
Final Touch Cleaning LLC kindly asks for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Invoices must be paid day of scheduled appointment. If there is an issue with a cleaning service, we are happy to make it right. Our team is dedicated to providing the best service. Please notify Final Touch Cleaning LLC within 24 hours if an issue occurs. We will be happy to make it right at no charge. If we are not given the opportunity to correct a mistake no discounts or refunds will be given. Submitting this form serves as your acknowledgement and agreement to our invoicing, refund and cancellation terms. Thanks for trusting us to make your home sparkle.
