IMPORTANT - Regarding those who have special equipment needs to deal with disabilities, the Region WILL NOT be providing any access to or rental info for scooters, wheelchairs, walkers, canes, riser chairs or any other equipment.

Individual members are responsible for providing your own equipment and assistant if necessary for the convention and competition. Assistants should be from within the performing group - no additional personnel other than the actual competitors are allowed to enter the backstage area.
