I, (the Parent) of (child/children - listed above-all children that may attend) am leaving my child with the babysitting service at your friendly neighborhood babysitter & Pet sitters LLC and hereby release and waive against all claim of your friendly neighborhood babysitter & Pet sitters LLC, its agents, employees, volunteers, representatives, officers, directors, from injuries, damages arising from injuries relating to my chid or childrens participation at the babysitting at your friendly neighborhood babysitter & Pet sitters LLC. I further agree to indemnify, save and hold Indemnities harmless from any loss, liability, attorney fees, damage or cost that they (or any of them) may incur out of or related to the babysitting services offered by Vanessa at your friendly neighborhood babysitter & Pet sitters LLC whether cause the negligence of the indemnities or otherwise.

BABYSITTING CANCELLATION POLICY:
A BABYSITTER'S TIME IS IMPORTANT AND VALUABLE. MUCH AS YOURS IS.
IF THEY'VE PUT ASIDE TIME IN THEIR SCHEDULE TO BABYSIT FOR YOU AND YOU CANCEL, IT'S ONLY RIGHT TO MAKE IT UP TO THEM BY PAYING THEM FOR AT LEAST PART OF THEIR TIME, (3 HOURS). NO MATTER THE REASON FOR THE CANCELLATION.
ANY BOOKING REQUESTS SCHEDULED AND CANCELLED WILL STILL OCCUR IN A 3HR FEE AND INVOICE WILL BE SENT.
FOR BOOKINGS REQUESTED IN ADVANCED: CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT 12 HOURS AFTER BOOKING, DEPOSIT WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE AND REQUIRED.

*Pre pay deposit required upon booking request And invoice will be sent via email/text.

Important Information
When booking make sure to give yourself enough time to get to where you're going and or reservations.

Vanessa is very reliable but traffic or weather situations are out of our reach. In the event of any situation, giving her at least 15 minutes after booking times to get to your home. A notification/message will be sent if running late through our websites.

Constantly messaging or calling her business number while driving is not acceptable. / Karina (mom ) will reach out. If for any reason she is sick cancellations or reschedule accommodations will have to be made. Also if your child is sick. Let us know to cancel within the cancellation policy as she will not be able to provide services.
