Your signature shows agreement to be a vendor at the Twin City Farmer's Market (TCFM) Farmer's Market. You have read and understand the TCFM guidelines and are bound by the terms and conditioned set forth in them. We recommend that you carry liability insurance. If you chose not to carry liability insurance, you will be required to sign a form that states the Twin City Farmers Market is not responsible nor liable in the event that legal action is brought against you, the vendor. You agree to the guidelines set forth by local, county, state, or national government organizations that pertain to the products you intend to sell.
