Exhibit Agreement
This event is intended for Art and Handmade Artisans vendors; however, we welcome all vendors.

Please complete the form below for space at this event. We strive to not have duplicate vendors so registration is on a first come basis. This is a rain or shine event. Space Fee is $40 for a 10x10 Space, Space Fee will not be refunded due to weather. No refunds on cancellations. This is a Non-Smoking Event and Smoking in your space is not permitted.

Additional Information:
You may arrive to set up your space at 10:00 a.m. You must have your space ready to go by 12:00 p.m. Tear Down begins "once the crowd dissipates" usually around 4:30pm. Please provide your own tables, table covers, decorations, signs and equipment. This is an outdoor event so you may want to have a canopy. Please be sure to bring proper weights or tie downs in case of wind. No electricity is provided. Generators are allowed if they are really quiet and don't omit a lot of exhaust fumes. We ask that you notify us if you plan on using a generator in the product description.

By signing below, I, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Rivertown Wine Walk & Artisan Fair and fully understand the potential risks associated with setting up and operating a vendor booth at the event. Artist hereby releases Celebrate Antioch Foundation, its organizers, staff, volunteers and Rivertown Merchants from any claim, liability or cost arising out of injury, death or property damage resulting from the display of artworks. Including, but not limited to vandalism, fire, theft, earthquake or any other cause, except CAF’s sole negligence or willful misconduct. Artist understands that CAF does not carry liability insurance for artworks displayed. Vendor hereby releases Celebrate Antioch Foundation, its organizers, staff, and volunteers, and Rivertown Merchants from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from personal injury, property damage, or any other losses incurred by myself or my customers during the event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I further agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the event organizers including but not limited to setting up on time, waiting to tear down, display artwork the entire day, bring any necessary equipment needed, notifying CAF of generator usage. I acknowledge that my $40 Space Fee provides me with a 10x10space and set up is at 10am and tear down is “once the crowd dissipates” around 4:30pm.
