- What are the company's working hours?
Our core hours are Mondays to Fridays, 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM. Those in Operations have Saturdays, 08:00 AM to 12:00 NN, depending on the requirements of the client. However, specific departmental variations may apply, so please consult your Immediate Head for details.
- When are paydays and how is payroll processed?
Paydays occur every 15th and the last day of the month. Payroll is processed by a third-party service provider and deposited to your BPI bank account.
- What is the company’s policy on overtime pay?
Non-supervisory and non-managerial employees may be eligible for overtime pay provided that it is pre-approved. Specific details on overtime eligibility and rates can be found in the employee handbook (https://bit.ly/jcvahandbookr1).
- How do I report a workplace issue or concern?
If you have a workplace issue or concern, please report it to your immediate head. You may also fill-out the Fact-Finding Sheet in our Support Forms Directory (https://bit.ly/JCVA_hrforms). We take all concerns seriously and will address them confidentially.
- When do I file for an Official Business Trip?
Employees who are requested to report outside of their assigned work location are required to fill-out an Official Business Trip Form in our Support Forms Directory (https://bit.ly/JCVA_hrforms).
- Do I still need to time-in/time-out if I’m on an official business trip?
Your filed and approved official business trip request will serve as your attendance for the period of official business trip.
Example: If you were requested to report outside of your assigned work location at 08:30 AM to 12:00 NN, your official business trip request will serve as your attendance from 08:30 AM to 12:00 NN. Once you return to your assigned work location, you will be required to time-in/time-out.
- How can I access training and professional development opportunities?

- How do I update my personal information with the company?
To update your personal information (such as address, emergency contacts, etc.), please fill-out the Employee Information Form in our Support Forms Directory (https://bit.ly/JCVA_hrforms) or through the GreatDay app.
- How are performance evaluations conducted?
Performance evaluations are conducted on your 1st month, 3rd month, 5th month, and bi-annually. It typically involves a discussion between you and your manager to review your goals, accomplishments, and areas for improvement.
- How are salary increases determined?
Salary increases are typically based on factors such as performance, tenure, market trends, and budgetary considerations. Employees may be eligible for a salary increase during annual performance reviews or in response to significant contributions to the company. Promotions are determined based on three (3) consecutive exemplary performance appraisal scores. Immediate Superiors should accomplish the Employee Movement Recommendation Form. Kindly ask HR for a copy of the form.
- When can I process my clearance?
Clearance Forms are forwarded by HR upon receiving a formal resignation letter signed by the immediate superior. You may process your clearance on your last day of work. It is the responsibility of the rendering employee to secure the necessary signatures to complete his/her clearance.
