  • By completing and submitting this form, you enable us to create or update your student record within our Student Management System. This step enables us to provide you with a quote and proceed to enrolment.

    To successfully complete this form, please ensure you have the following information handy:

    1. Unique Student Identifier (USI): Here's how to get one.
    2. Proof of Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency: (e.g., Green Medicare Card, Passport or Birth Certificate). If you are not an Australian citizen or permanent resident, please provide evidence of your current visa subclass status.
    3. Proof of Name Change: If applicable
    4. Proof of Concession (if eligible): This includes any proof of age ID for persons between 15 and 24 years of age
    5. Proof of Western Australian Residency: (e.g., Current Driver's Licence or Utility Bill held in your name). Students must reside in WA to be eligible for state-funded training.

    Please note: these documents are considered highly confidential and will be stored securely against your student record.

  • Notification of Driving Impairment

    As a driver, you are required to inform the Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure (DTMI) of any driving impairment. A driving impairment means:

    1. Any permanent or long term physical or mental condition (which may include a dependence on drugs or alcohol) that is likely to, or treatment for which is likely to, impair your ability to control a motor vehicle.

    2. Any change to an existing physical or mental condition (which may include a dependence on drugs and alcohol) about which you have previously notified DTMI.

  • Students who aren't residents of WA are not eligible for state-funded training and will need to pay commercial rates to enrol.

  • Disability and Health Care Information

  • IMPORTANT: Students are advised that should they have an accident whilst on campus and the attending CRT First Aid Officer considers it necessary to call an ambulance, due to their injured or unconscious state, the student will be responsible for all costs associated with the calling of the ambulance.

    Students, or where the student is under 18 years of age, their parent / guardian / responsible adult, are required to inform CRT of any medical information that changes throughout the course of their enrolment.

  • Payment Options

    Central Regional TAFE (CRT) offers a range of payment options. These include:

    • Cash

    • Card

    • Cheque or money order

    • Direct credit

    • Direct debit

    • Purchase order

    If enrolment fees are not paid in full at the time of enrolment, Central Regional TAFE requires a minimum deposit of $100 per enrolment for Lower Fees Local Skills courses and concession card holders.  All other courses require a $200 deposit.  A payment plan arrangement will also need to be in place.

    If you aren't able to pay a deposit and/or enter into a payment arrangement, you are encouraged to meet with our Student Services team to negotiate a repayment plan.

    Outstanding Fees

    Any expenses, costs or disbursements incurred by Central Regional TAFE in recovering any outstanding monies including debt collection fees and solicitor's costs shall be paid by the student or guarantor if the student is under 18 years of age.

  • PaySmart is a direct debit payment system that allows you to set up regular instalments from either your bank account or credit card. If you choose this option we make all of the arrangements for you, you will just need to fill in the form we provide you with.
