Third Sector Organisation Health Check
  • Organisation and Group Health Check

  • This health check for your organisation enables you to look at all the different operational elements within your organisation and to check that they are functioning well:

    1. Governance and Leadership
    2. Financial Stability
    3. Managing Staff and Volunteers
    4. Project Delivery and Impact
    5. Compliance and Risk Management
    6. Communication and Public Engagement

Carrying out a health check enables you and your board to identify how your organisation is operating, what is working well and what areas may need further support so that the organisation can function more sustainably and effectively.

Upon completion of the health check, a BCA Community Development Lead will be able to review it with you and discuss how they can best support your organisation's development.

If you need support in completing the health check please contact Borders Community Action: info@borderscommunityaction.org.uk
