At the R.E.A.C.H. Maternity Clinic, we provide compassionate and respectful care for pregnant people living with substance use disorder. We work with you to provide healthy outcomes for you and your baby, and our mission is to empower you through every step of your pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum care.

Our Services

The R.E.A.C.H. Maternity Clinic provides care beginning with pregnancy and continuing through 12 months postpartum. Our doctors are board certified in family medicine and specialize in maternity care and medication management for substance use. Your integrated care team includes doctors, midwives, nurse practitioners, a behavioral health specialist and peer support members, and you'll have access to:

Integrated prenatal care and substance use management.
A diverse, bi-lingual care team.
Medications for opioid use disorder.
Accessible medication dispensing.
The substance exposed newborn (SEN) team.
Peer support.
Community resource support.
Monthly education events.

Our clinic is located in Cone Health MedCenter for Women, where you can conveniently access onsite services like labs and ultrasounds, the Brito Food Market, lactation support, pelvic floor therapy and more.
