Through targeted programs, we equip individuals with the tools needed to excel in their careers, enrich their lives, and achieve their goals.Impact: Impact is committed to guiding young professionals into impactful community contributions and connections through volunteer opportunities. Through organizing and promoting HYP's service and volunteer activities, members create lasting impacts on the Hays community.Connect: The Connect committee organizes events and social hours to connect young professionals and build community engagement, bringing people together through meaningful connections.

HYP Membership dues

Fees will be pro-rated throughout the year (so membership runs from January through December). A one-year commitment is required. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable from business to business. Any new HYP members will be assessed a one-time administrative fee of $10 which includes the cost of a nametag.
