The Annual General Meeting of the Township of Norwich Chamber of Commerce will be held at the Norwich & District Curling Club on January 23rd, 2025, 5:30PM.
If an authorized representative of your organization is not available to attend the AGM, your organization may appoint a proxy by filling in the form below at least 12 hours before the meeting.
1. A member is entitled to submit one proxy form only.
2. Proxy holders must be chamber members in good standing and attend the AGM in person.
3. By giving proxy, a member assigns his or her rights to attend, speak, and vote as indicated, to the member appointed as the proxy holder.
4. The member giving proxy may revoke it at any time before the commencement of the AGM; by giving notice in writing to the person to whom the Proxy was given and the Chamber Administrator.
