I understand that achieving success on the bar exam requires intense dedication and a disciplined approach. To fully prepare, I will:
- Study Schedule & Hours
I will create and adhere to a comprehensive study schedule, dedicating 50–60 hours per week (totaling 500–600 hours over 10 weeks) to my bar exam preparation.
- Completion of Commercial Bar Course
I will complete at least 85% of all assigned tasks from my commercial bar review course to ensure a strong foundation in the tested subjects.
- Essay Writing Practice
I will write at least 15 essays within the 10-week study period. I will carefully compare each essay to model answers, and I will issue-spot additional essays in various subjects to deepen my understanding.
- Multiple-Choice Questions (MBE)
I will complete 2,000–2,500 MBE questions, sourced from both my commercial bar course and supplemental materials. I will thoroughly review each correct and incorrect answer to reinforce my knowledge.
- Use of Supplemental Materials
I acknowledge that supplemental materials are a useful tool for extra practice but not a substitute for my primary bar review program.
- Spaced Repetition & Continual Review
I will employ spaced repetition and continual subject review to develop “muscle memory” for exam topics and to solidify my knowledge base.
- Timing & Speed
I will practice under timed conditions to complete MBE questions in 1.8 minutes per question (approximately 8–9 questions every 15 minutes or 33 questions per hour).
- Participation in Simulated Exams & Workshops
I will attend every simulated exam and workshop session offered to refine my test-taking strategies and expand my understanding of critical concepts.
- Active Engagement with Bar Coach & FBAP Team
I agree to actively engage with my bar coach and the FBAP team throughout this process, seeking guidance and support to strengthen my study plan.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand these responsibilities, and I am committed to fulfilling them in order to DOMINATE THE FL BAR.
