I will NOT hold Corydon Missionary Baptist Church and volunteers responsbile if an accident occures. I will ALLOW Corydon Missionary Baptist Church and volunteers to care, protect, and aid my attending student in case of accident or emergency. In exchange for allowing my child/ward to participate in the ministry activity of Camp with Corydon Missionary Baptist Church, at Generate Student Camp at GENERATE CAMP. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Corydon Missionary Baptist Church from any liability arising from. Camp with Corydon Missionary Baptist Church, Generate Student Camp at Johnson University, Knoxville TN, June 29-July 3, 2026.
