I acknowledge that I appear in a photograph or photographs taken by a photographer (“Photographer”), and I hereby grant Rockbrook Camera, Sony Electronics Inc., and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates (each, individually, a “Grantee,” and collectively, the “Grantees”) permission to use my name and photographic likeness in connection with the Photographer’s entry to the Sony Photo Contest at Rockbrook Camera.

Additionally, I grant the Grantees (and those authorized by the Grantees) a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works of the entry (including my name and photographic likeness), in whole or in part, in any media now known or developed in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, uses for advertising, promotional materials, printed or digital publications, websites, social media platforms, exhibitions, or commercial products.

I understand and agree that I will not receive any compensation for these uses and that the Grantees are not obligated to use the entry in any way. Furthermore, I waive any claims or rights of action arising from the uses described in this release.
