Register for Calibrate® Connections®

Connections® is a data-driven social-emotional learning and mental wellness program that has been used in Los Angeles schools since 1984 (also called Council, Mysteries, Life Skills). Visit @calibrate.earth on the web and Instagram for more information.

 

Location: 3641 10th Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90018 

Parking: Plan an additional 10-15 minutes to find street parking. Limited number of parking spaces available for persons with disabilities: contact marcie@calibrate.earth. 

Public Transportation: Expo/Crenshaw stop, located at 3428 W Exposition Blvd, is a .5 mile / approximately 11-minute walk

Attire: Comfortable, as you will be sitting for 1.5 hours

Refreshments: Light beverages and snacks provided

- Respecting Calibrate’s resources for preparing these events, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend, thank you. 

 

All donation amounts are welcome to defer costs to Calibrate, a 501(c)(3).

You are welcome to sign up for multiple dates, but we suggest that you don’t sign up for two sessions on the same date, as the lesson plan will be the same.

Format for sessions:

 Morning Session

• 9:30 - 10:00AM      Sign-in, coffee & community
• 10:00 - 11:30AM     Connections®
• 11:30 - 12:00PM     More coffee & community 

Afternoon Session

• 12:00 - 12:30PM    Sign-in, coffee & community
• 12:30 - 2:00PM      Connections®
• 2:00 - 2:30PM        More coffee & community

Please note that a Connections “agreement” is for participants to remain in the circle for the duration of Connections. If you have a medical issue that makes this a hardship for you, note that below.
