Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at our upcoming events and festivals! Throughout the year, we partner with a variety of vendors who can help make our events memorable and enjoyable for our guests.

Below, you’ll find a list of event dates, each offering a unique experience for attendees. Please note that space availability varies for each event, and completing this form does not guarantee participation. This is an interest form designed to help us identify vendors to invite to complete an official application when the time comes.

Upcoming Events

Earth Day Celebration: April 22, 2026

Vendors needed: breakfast food truck, lunch food truck, merchants selling plants or garden-adjacent merchanise.

Firefly Fling Festival: June 27th, 2026

Vendors needed: multiple food trucks with quick-service, beverage purveyors, face painters, creative performers, musicians, merchants offering unique, mystical/enchanting goods and toys for children and families.

Terrific Tuesday Nights: Tuesday Evenings from June to August

Vendors needed: food trucks with quick-service, beverage purveyors, creative performers, musicians, merchants offering unique goods and toys for children and families.

International Festival: October 3rd, 2026

Vendors needed: International/Cultural food trucks, beverage purveyors, international market vendors, international/cultural performers (musicians, dancers).
