EPCAR Members Education Policy Agreement

Osceola REALTORS® is excited to announce a new education partnership that provides EPCAR members with the opportunity to attend Osceola REALTOR® classes either in person or via Zoom. To participate, EPCAR members must complete this policy agreement before registering for classes. For any questions or further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 407-846-0117. *Please note that the education agreement between Osceola REALTORS® and the East Polk County Association of REALTORS® (EPCAR) does not extend to designation and certification classes. EPCAR members are required to pay the non-member rate for any designation or certification classes offered by Osceola REALTORS®.

I acknowledge and agree to the following*

EPCAR Member will have a valid credit card on file with Osceola REALTORS®EPCAR Member will allow Osceola REALTORS® to charge their credit card any no-show/cancellation fees associated with the class if they fail to cancel by email to education@osceola-realtors.com within the required time period.EPCAR Member agrees to cancel registration no later than two (2) business days prior to a class.Cancellations must be in writing and sent via email to education@osceola-realtors.com. A confirmation receipt will be sent to the EPCAR member. If the EPCAR member does not receive confirmation email, it is his/her responsibility to follow up with the education department.A $20 cancellation fee will be automatically be accessed to the credit card on file if the EPCAR Member fails to cancel their class within two (2) business days to the start of the class.No-Shows will result in a $20 dollar no-show fee and the EPCAR member's account will be locked and suspended until the no show fee is paid.Osceola REALTORS® has the right to refuse any EPCAR member admittance into a course if any and/or all of these rules are not followed.
