TERMS, CONDITIONS & LIMITATIONS

The name of this program is The Whale Club Loyalty Program.

Membership in The Whale Club Loyalty program is per individual and is not transferable.

Brewery staff reserve the right to refuse service under this program if Member’s digital pass is not presented for identification.

Whale Club program benefits cannot be combined with other discounts.

Each Member will receive a unique identifier number that will be necessary for Member to disclose to receive any applicable discounts with on-line purchases.

Discounts for food purchases are not covered under this program.

Purchase of discounted draft beer under this program is limited to a single pint per transaction and discounts under this program shall not be applicable to a total customer bill for additional draft products or food not covered under this program.

Member agrees that use of Member’s email is permitted to receive notifications of any update of Terms, Conditions & Limitations under this program as well as notice of upcoming events, special promotions and significant news releases from the brewery.

The Greenport Brewing Company reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time.
