  • For programs offered asynchronously, you are required to use an assessment of learning for any part of your program that will count toward the amount of CE credits awarded and is not offered live (in person or virtually). This assessment can take the form of either a quiz or a written assessment, and must follow these guidelines.

    For a quiz:

    1. A minimum of 3 questions per CE credit are required.
    2. No more than 1 true/false or "all of the above" questions are allowed per every 3 questions.
    3. The minimum passing score must be 70%, and the quiz can be taken multiple times to achieve that score.

    For a written assessment:

    1. CEs can be granted based on your determination of how many hours the assignment should take.
    2. The CV/Resume of the person grading these papers must be provided to AASECT.
