Agents are encouraged to engage in Geo Farming, but must first obtain pre-approval from the broker/owner for their target farming list before commencing any marketing activities. This pre-approval process ensures compliance with company policies and helps avoid duplicated marketing efforts. Agents are responsible for all database costs, though the broker/owner may, at their discretion, agree to cover half of these expenses. Similarly, postage costs are the agent's responsibility unless a pre-arranged agreement with the broker/owner is in place. If an agent elects to cover 100% of the marketing and postage costs for their Geo Farming efforts, any resulting leads are considered their exclusive SOI (Sphere of Influence).In cases where the broker/owner co-sponsors a mailer, they must approve the mailer for a 50/50 cost-sharing agreement to apply. Furthermore, any commission income generated from a co-sponsored farming list will be subject to a 50/50 split between the agent and the broker/owner.
