Please list all dietary restrictions below. For each, include the number of participants with this restriction and any notes regarding the severity. Please remember to include the dietary needs of teachers and chaperones.
For example, if a participant is lactose-intolerant, please specify whether they can still eat certain foods with milk as an ingredient. If multiple students have the same allergy, please list the number of students at each severity level.
If communicated at least three weeks prior to your arrival, we will accommodate all restrictions to the best of our ability. Please note that our kitchen is not certified gluten-free, and we cannot guarantee absolute no cross-contamination for participants with celiac disease.
If you would prefer to bring your own food due to dietary restrictions, we are happy to provide a place to store and heat it. Please list this below if you would like to do so.
