Baldwin Park is developing a new "Consolidated Plan" to shape our community’s future from July 2025 to June 2030. This plan will help us decide how to use federal funds such as Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Act (HOME) funds for things like housing, infrastructure, public facilities, economic development, and community services.
