Would you like to include a special offer, sample or other item in our amazing swag bags? This is a great extra branding opportunity-and attendees line up early for our swag bags! We will be putting together 150 for each event below, please let us know what you'd like to include and how many items (you may include as little or up to 150 items per bag). We will not have a swag specific to the Bend Creators Market as our title sponsor, Market of Choice, will be providing this.

Fair hours are Saturday 9am-5pm. We ask you to have your booth open and ready at 9am sharp (set up will begin Friday afternoon with additional time available Saturday prior to fair opening-we will send more information on this later). Tear down begins strictly at 5pm Saturday. It is expected that you will keep your booth open until 5pm. Breaking down/leaving early may disqualify you from attending future events.*

Standard 8' Table

Comes with 1-8' Table and Stretch Tablecloth and 1 chair. These tables do not have pipe & Drape. No ability to hang banner, however you may bring a logo tablecloth.

Light Orange Booths on Layout Above. Each 10×10 booth is pre-set and ready to go with an 8′ Table and Stretch Tablecloth, 1 chair, Linen Draped Wall to Hang Banner & Linen Draped Side Walls. Electricity is limited, let us know if you need it. If you need additional chairs, please select below. Save $50 if you wish to purchase a double booth.

Green Tables on Layout Above. These come with a little extra wiggle room as they are at the end of the aisle. Comes with 1-8' Table and Stretch Tablecloth, 1 chair and Linen Draped Wall to Hang Banner. Electricity is included.
