    Heartland Annual Conference - May 28th - May 31st in Claremore, OK
  • VENDOR REGISTRATION DETAILS:

  • Space is limited, please submit your vendor request by April 15th.  

    As a Premier Vendor your name will be printed in our Conference Journal, Ordination Service Booklet, and your business will be highlighted in our May Newsletter.  Each vendor will have one 6 foot table and 2 chairs in our Vendor Space.  

    Event is May 28th - May 31st. Ordination service is May 31st.

    Setup for vendors will open at noon on May 28th.

    Check in for attendees will start at 4pm on Wednesday, May 28th.

    Vendors will need to be cleared out of the Vendor Space by 6pm on Friday, May 30th. Claremore is hosting a BBQ and you are invited to stay for BBQ and fellowhip.

  • Please submit your registration no later than April 15th.  If your business does not support the mission of the Global Methodist Church you will be unable to attend as a vendor and refunded the vendor fee less any processing fees.
