This detailing contract (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Client and the Service Provider. The parties agree to the following:
• Client Responsibilities
• Ensure the vehicle is available at the agreed location and time.
• Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the start of services.
• Inform the Service Provider of specific concerns or requests before service begins.
• Allow the Service Provider to connect to exterior power outlets and water connections as needed.
• Permit necessary adjustments to the vehicle’s components (e.g., seats, mirrors, doors) for proper detailing.
• Service Provider Responsibilities
• Perform services with reasonable care and skill.
• Use appropriate products and tools for detailing.
• Address Client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Cancellation and Rescheduling
• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• If ceramic coating and/or paint correction jobs are canceled the 25% security deposit is non refundable due to the nature and price of the base by base materials.
• Ceramic coating and/or paint correction jobs my be rescheduled any time to at maximum 3 weeks later.
• Liability
• The Service Provider is not liable for pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
• Reasonable precautions will be taken to prevent damage; liability for any damage caused is limited to repair costs.
•Deposits
• Deposits of up to 25% of the job price may be needed in advance to the job date depending on the services and time required.
• Non-Ceramic coating and/or paint correction deposits may be refunded if canceled 48 hours in advance or may receive 50% refund if canceled with in 24 hours.
• If less then 24 hours notice is given deposits are non-refundable.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington and constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, superseding all prior agreements.
