  • Urn Selection

    When you request a Private cremation for your pet, it provides you with the opportunity to keep your pet’s cremated remains as a permanent and personal keepsake. Your pet’s cremated remains will be returned to your regular veterinary practice (typically in 1-2 weeks) in your selected urn, along with a certificate of cremation, authenticating that your pet was cremated at Gateway Pet Memorial. You may choose one of the five complementary urns that are provided at no additional fee, or choose from one of the many custom urns that can be ordered.   • • Appointment hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, Fridays 9:00 am-4:00 pm
    • Additional fees apply for urgent or after-hours requests.
    • Same-day appointments are not available through online booking - please contact us directly by phone/email.
    • Requests are reviewed by our team; availability isn’t guaranteed until confirmed.
    • We strive to accommodate in-home appointment requests within 2–3 business days. Next-day requests — and sometimes same-day appointments (after-hours/urgent fees; depending on availability) may be available.

  • We appreciate you pre-planning for {petsName} and hope you have many comfortable, snuggly days together. Choosing a date more than a couple of weeks ahead can be hard—depending on how quickly {petsName}'s condition changes, the reserved date may feel too soon or too late.

    Many families prefer to hold off for now, while others pencil in a tentative time so key family members can be present and so we can plan our availability. If you feel ready, you’re welcome to choose a preferred time below and we’ll review and confirm. If not, we’ll keep your details on file and be here when the time feels right.

  • We understand this is a difficult time and you may not feel ready to schedule a date. Many families in your situation have found comfort in pre-booking, which ensures we can be there for you and {petsName} before a crisis arises.

    In most situations, we can arrange an in-home appointment within 2–3 business days, though we can often accommodate next-day requests — and in some cases even same-day appointments (after-hours/urgent fees apply; availability not guaranteed).
