ACCOMMODATION & CONFERENCE DETAILS – EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION

The below rates are discounted rates for the first 100 rooms only and for the conference. **Note: As of April 24th, hotel rooms at the Hyatt Hotel are no longer available.

Accommodation has been arranged at the conference center, the Hyatt Regency Atlanta, located at 265 Peachtree St, NE, Atlanta, GA 30303. A block of rooms has been reserved, with availability limited to the first 100 rooms on a first-come, first-serve basis.

 

Day Scholars for the entire conference can register at a discounted rate of $200.00 per person if registered by April 30, 2025.

After the early bird deadline, the rate will increase to $500.00 per person, available from May 1, 2025, until the May 30, 2025.

REGISTRATION/CONFERENCE GUIDELINES 

 1. The Registration counter at the Conference Center will open on Wednesday July 16th 2025 at 2:30 pm (EST), for those who had previously registered only.

2. Last day of Conference Registration will be Monday - May 30th 2025.

3. Mandatory fields / sections are marked with an asterisk*. All mandatory information should be provided on the registration form.

4. Full Payment should be paid with the Registration Form. Registrations with partial payments will not be accepted.

5. Completed form with full payment should be mailed to: St. THOMAS MALANKARA ORTHODOX CHURCH, Address Atlanta, Georgia. Make check payable to “St. Thomas Malankara Orthodox Church” & Reference “FYC 2025 Registration” in the memo line along with unique ID.

6. Registration is Non- Refundable and Non-Transferrable.

7. Special requests or needs (disability etc.) must be stated in the form. The conference committee will try their best to accommodate your special needs, but is not guaranteed.

8.Conference will be held at “Hyatt Regency Atlanta”, 265 Peachtree St, NE, Atlanta, GA 30303.

9.The nearest airport is Hartsfield – Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

10. Conference registration and accommodation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Fees will not be reduced/refunded for partial attendance or missed meals.

11. The Conference Committee may ask a participant to leave the conference if he or she violates any of the rules mentioned herein, as well as those delivered in writing or as general announcements during the conference. Any questions, comments or concerns should be brought to the attention of the Conference Director/Convenor or any other members of the Conference Committee.

 

Rules and Regulations

1. I agree that neither I nor anyone registering on this form will bring any alcoholic or illegal substances onto the conference site. If participants are found with such items, appropriate action (including contacting parents of minors, vicar, and police) will be taken by the Conference Committee.

2. I understand that by signing this form, I am consenting that the images and video recordings of myself and my family members taken during the conference will be the property of the Diocese of South-West America of the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church. I agree that these images and videos may be used by the Diocese of South-West America for a variety of purposes without further notification.

3. I understand that I alone am financially and legally liable for any damage done to the facilities and/or properties at the conference site by myself and/or those registering on this form.

4. I acknowledge and accept the responsibility for the safety, liability and medical insurance for myself, my family and those registering on this form.

5. I understand that parents and guardians are responsible for minors (Age 17 or under).

6. I understand that any and all valuables brought to the conference facility by a participant are his/her sole responsibility. The Family Conference Committee will not be held responsible or provide any reimbursement for any lost items.

7. All participants should dress respectfully and conduct themselves in a manner appropriate for a religious function. Participants should be respectful towards each other. Any form of physical aggression towards any individual is strictly prohibited.

 

I, as an attendee/participant of the Family and Youth Conference 2025, acknowledge and accept the responsibility of safety, liability and medical insurance for myself and those registering on this form in case of any emergency and will not hold the Diocese of Southwest America, Office Bearers, Coordinators, or participants of the Family and Youth Conference responsible. In case of an emergency, I give my permission for emergency medical treatment. I take full responsibility to abide by the rules and regulations of the Family and Youth Conference.  I, hereby, agree to follow those rules and regulations set by the above-mentioned organizations, and am aware that any failure to do so, may result in my dismissal from the conference, and if necessary, appropriate legal action may be taken against me. I am aware that it is my responsibility to attend the sessions as scheduled and to maintain the Christian atmosphere of the conference. *

Please note:

Registration will not be considered complete until full payment is received.  Registration and accomodation are confirmed on a first come, first serve basis. 

Before submitting, please make sure you have selected a prefix (Mr, Ms, etc.) for EVERY attendee on the form. Also, make sure all entered information is correct.

Please note that anyone not staying at the hotel selected for the Family & Youth Conference 2025 will be considered a day scholar. Transportation will not be provided for day scholars.

Once you submit the form, you will receive an automatic email containing a unique ID. This Unique ID is essential and must be included in the memo of your payment information. If you did not receive, kindly check your spam or junk email folder.
