REGISTRATION/CONFERENCE GUIDELINES
1. The Registration counter at the Conference Center will open on Wednesday July 16th 2025 at 2:30 pm (EST), for those who had previously registered only.
2. Last day of Conference Registration will be Monday - May 30th 2025.
3. Mandatory fields / sections are marked with an asterisk*. All mandatory information should be provided on the registration form.
4. Full Payment should be paid with the Registration Form. Registrations with partial payments will not be accepted.
5. Completed form with full payment should be mailed to: St. THOMAS MALANKARA ORTHODOX CHURCH, Address Atlanta, Georgia. Make check payable to “St. Thomas Malankara Orthodox Church” & Reference “FYC 2025 Registration” in the memo line along with unique ID.
6. Registration is Non- Refundable and Non-Transferrable.
7. Special requests or needs (disability etc.) must be stated in the form. The conference committee will try their best to accommodate your special needs, but is not guaranteed.
8.Conference will be held at “Hyatt Regency Atlanta”, 265 Peachtree St, NE, Atlanta, GA 30303.
9.The nearest airport is Hartsfield – Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
10. Conference registration and accommodation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Fees will not be reduced/refunded for partial attendance or missed meals.
11. The Conference Committee may ask a participant to leave the conference if he or she violates any of the rules mentioned herein, as well as those delivered in writing or as general announcements during the conference. Any questions, comments or concerns should be brought to the attention of the Conference Director/Convenor or any other members of the Conference Committee.
