♡ All items are 100% handmade. While minimal imperfections may occur, rest assured that I put my utmost effort into each and every order.

♡ Strictly no cancellations once your claim is acknowledged (noted/yours). A cancellation fee of 50% of each item’s price applies. Bogus buyers will be posted.

♡ Please note that item colors may slightly vary from photos due to lighting or screen settings. Yarn colors may also differ between production batches, which is beyond my control.

♡ Custom orders are welcome! Feel free to share the details, and I'll create something special just for you.

♡ All items are pre-order. Please allow me 1-2 weeks to prepare and ship your order.

♡ A 50% down payment is required once you receive the confirmation email. The remaining balance can be settled once the order is finished.

♡ The down payment is non-refundable.

♡ Late payment fee is PHP 15 per day.

♡ Once an order confirmation has been sent, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

♡ Rush commissions are accepted with additional fees, depending on the complexity of the order.

♡ I will not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay during shipment, and a refund will not be given for these reasons. However, rest assured that your item(s) will be packed with love and care.

♡ Please take an unboxing video. No unboxing video = No refund (in case of missing item/s). The unboxing video should be clear, uncut, and raw, showing the waybill and all sides of the package.
