Family of Five

Most resorts only allow for 4 people to a room. If you are a family of 5, we can still accomodate you with our membership deals.
The resort will charge you a per day food charge for the 3rd child, which is far more affordable than booking an extra room.
This is a set resort rate for $95 per night.
For The Grand and Moon Palace Jamaica, the rate is $110 per night.

This will be factored into your booking when you recieve your pay link from Palace Resorts.

What's the Difference for Moon Palace Cancun?
Moon Palace Cancun is three resorts in one! The Grand, Nizuc, and Sunrise.

The Grand:
The Grand costs more, but has far more activities, the most restaurants, the huge waterpark, and more options for kids to stay engaged with bowling, large arcade etc.
It also allows open access to all three resorts including all restaurants.

Nizuc and Sunrise:
Nizuc and Sunrise allow you to move between these two resorts freely (shuttles and carts run all day long every few minutes). You get to enjoy all of the restaurants at both locations, live shows etc. But access to the Grand would require a paid day pass per person, including not having access to any of the amenties or restaurants without the day pass (Yes, they do check!). The Grand day passes cost $100 USD per adult, and $50 USD per child, for one day access.

- one adult must be at least 32 years or older
- this offer is for married couples or common-law
- must bring a valid ID and credit card to the presentation
- must have a maximum of 4 people in a standard room (including kids)
- the presentation is 90 minutes, we suggest you set a timer in front of your rep so they know you are serious about not going over.
- you can politely decline at the end of the presentation, you will not be forced to purchase
- Get yourself extra perks! This is key! When you are offered to watch the presentation (right after you checkin), this is where you can negotiate terms before attending. For example, you can ask for universal credit (resort cash that can be used on anything including the 16% tax on services), resort credits (to use towards spa services, golf, laundry, excursions etc.) if you are not staying at The Grand in Cancun, you can ask for free day passes to The Grand.
- you will get 2x massages, 2x manicures, 2x pedicures (1 per adult in the room, for a max of 2 total)
- once you have attended the presentation, inform us. We will get confirmation from the resort, and will issue you $200 USD via Paypal.
