    Booking enquiry form for Cheshire East schools

  • Please complete all fields below to apply for a place at this year's event.

    We will accomodate as many schools as possible at the Cheshire East event on Tuesday 17th June and will endeavour to find a place for those schools on the waiting list at an alternative event.

    Allocation will be on a strictly first come, first served basis.

    Full information will be forwarded once your booking is confirmed however, to assist with forward planning:

    • Plan to arrive at the Bridgewater Hall no earlier than 9:20am. 
    • The performance commences at 10:30am and will end at 11:45am approximately.

  • Please provide the name of your school, the person in charge of organising your visit to the Bridgewater Hall and their email address

  • Please give the number of participants, broken down by instrument

    Count everyone who will be attending, including accompanying staff and any wheelchair users (see below). If you have any instruments which are not listed on the grid below, please use a 'best fit' approach and add an explanatory note if necessary. This information is required for the purposes of allocating seating appropriately. Please do not book seats for parents using this form. Parents/families will be able to buy tickets directly for the event at a later date.

  • In submitting this booking you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    • Schools will be invoiced at the start of the summer term based on the numbers submitted on the booking enquiry form. The cost is £7.50 per seat for all seats booked.
    • Once your booking is confirmed by us in writing, you may cancel entirely or decrease the amount of seats booked as follows;
      • Up to and including 31st March 2025: Full refund of any tickets cancelled
      • 1st April - 16th May 2025 inclusive: 50% refund of any tickets cancelled
      • 17th May onwards (one month prior to the event): No refund
    • Any monies paid in the event that the concert was cancelled by Hallé Education would be refunded as soon as the cancellation was put in place. The Love Music Trust are not able to offer any refunds to schools who decide not to attend for any reason, other than in line with the above.
    • We will do our best to increase the size of a booking, but this may not be possible owing to restrictions of seating within the hall. Please advise us as soon as possible of any changes you wish to make to your group's booking.
    • The Love Music Trust and Hallé Education reserve the right to photograph and video the event. Please make sure that you have completed the question concerning photography above.
