How to Request Your Transcript:
1- Complete the Request Form: Completely fill out the request form with the necessary details. Be sure to include all required information, such as your full name, date of birth, and the address(es) where you’d like the transcript sent.
2- Specify Delivery Method: Choose whether you’d like your transcript sent electronically or by mail. If you select mail, please allow additional processing time for delivery. Transcripts may be delivered by mail or via email to an official email address of your university/college of choice.
3- Payment: Transcripts are $10 each and payable by credit card only.
4- Submit the Request: After completing the form and payment, submit your request. You will receive a confirmation email once your transcript is processed.
