Please mark the box beside the booth you choose and indicate the quanitity desired from the drop down menu.
Some categories may sell out but become available again due to cancelations or increased space availability. You are encouraged to check back often for changes in inventory.
You will receive an invoice for your selection. Payment must be received no later than February 20, 2026, to avoid your booth being returned to inventory for rebooking by another vendor.
Your actual booth number will be assigned in March 2026 to allow for competitor placement.
If you need electricty or internet for your booth you can order in advance below as well. Please note that if you do not add these services in advance, you will need to contract directly with the hotel and risk paying a higher price.
