    Revolution Dancewear has donated the opening number attire. Each female contestant will receive one free leotard and one pair of color-flow sitrrup tights, and each male contestant will receive one free dance shirt. All dancewear will be handed out at the Solo Title Orientation.

    The Teacher of Record, Teacher(s) of Recognition, and Chaperone (if required) must be registered for the full National Convention and a DMA Member in good standing if listed on this application. The Teacher of Record must be same Member who signed the Chapter Competition Application as Teacher of Record.

    • Reminder - Solo Title Contestants cannot perform a solo in the PASC.
    • The amount due is your ENTRY FEE ONLY. 
    • To purchase a digital download of the opening number, the performance of your solo, and the awards ceremony, you must go through IT Cinema. 
    • Fees paid by credit card incur a 4% convenience fee.
    • Fees paid by check must be mailed to the National Treasurer with a postdate NO LATER than April 15th.
