What You Can Expect? 8 weeks of self-development practices, workshops, check-ins and 1:1 coaching. An Individualized Baseline Routine and Self-Care Plan accompained with our workbook at the completion of the program. Group activites that promote healthy communication, creativity, and connection.

At the Completion of the Program: Each attendee will have the opportunity to be interviewed on their experience,published to the blog site, and promotion of their own personal brands, passion projects, and/or businesses.
