  • Building Use Reservation Form Please complete this form for each reservation unless it is a recurring event. Submit this form to the church office at least four weeks before the event. The space will be reserved after confirmation from the church office that there are no existing reservations.

  • By signing below, I/we have received detailed explanation of this contract and agree to comply with the rules and regulations of Faith Community Baptist Church regarding events to be held in the building.

  • BUILDING USE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

    1. Request for Building Use Reservation forms shall be obtained from the Church Office Manager and returned as soon as possible.
    2. In addition to completing the Building Use Reservation form, an appointment must be made with the Office Manager or designee for detailed explanation of its contents.
    3. Reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of the completed Building Use Reservation form and deposit. The deposit should be given to the Office Manager at the time the building is reserved and balance will be due two weeks before the event. Checks should be made out to Faith Community Baptist Church.
    4. For members of Faith Community Baptist Church, there will be no fee for the use of the building. There will be a $100.00 fee for each service requested (i.e., sound, projection, etc)
    5. There will be a $150.00 fee for the Sexton for anyone who uses the building.
    6. For non-members of Faith Community Baptist Church, a fee of $500.00 will be charged for the use of the building. (This does NOT include fees for services requested, i.e. sexton, sound, projection, etc)
    7. Day of event, The sexton will be responsible for opening and closing the building, climate control, and trash removal.
    8. The sexton will also ensure building is returned to its original set-up.
  • USE OF THE CHURCH SANCTUARY:

    1. The church will be opened at the set-up time indicated on the Building Use Reservation form and closed at the exit time indicated on the Building Use Reservation form.
    2. No decorations that would mar/damage the furnishings of the sanctuary shall be used (nails, tacks, tape, etc)
    3. If candles are being used, they must be dripless candles (candle wax causes permanent damage to the carpet and a damage fee will be assessed)
    4. Please check with the sexton before moving any furniture or equipment not outlined in the approved diagram.
    5. You will need to call the church office at least one week prior to the event to confirm all arrangements.
