Human Work scan

Welcome to the Human Work scan for your organisation — this should take you no more than 10 minutes. A Human Workplace is defined as “one that supports people to be at their best at work whatever that means to them, for the benefit of every aspect of their lives”. Although a human workplace includes the basics of being a good employer (e.g. safe working conditions, fair contracting etc.), this scan assumes that these basics are already in place. The purpose of this scan is to give you, a leader, a high level understanding of what human work is about and a rough guide as to how much your workplace is embracing these ideas. It is not designed to be a comprehensive diagnostic tool. Depending on where you are in your organisation, some of the questions you may not be able to answer; that is OK — take as informed a guess as you can. Upon completion, you will receive a summary of your results.
