Fins to Feathers LLC
Rules, Regulations and Reservations
1) ALL State and Federal laws, rules and guidelines WILL apply as they currently appear in the manual(s).
2) All equipment provided including, but not limited to, blinds and pits are, will be, and remain the property under the ownership of Fins to Feathers LLC and cannot be altered, relocated, removed, transferred, or otherwise replaced without written consent of Fins to Feathers LLC.
3) Afternoon/evening hunts will be considered by Fins to Feathers LLC on an individual basis putting into consideration of the success of a particular group(s) morning hunt. (Limiting Out) The final decision is that of Fins to Feathers LLC.
4) Each participant is responsible for, always, the handling of his or her firearm and shall always be in control of and practice safe muzzle control of the firearm. If a participant is in violation and shows neglect of firearm safety/muzzle control he or she will be asked to unload the firearm, case up the weapon and that individuals hunt will be terminated for the day. Depending on the severity of the infraction, the individual’s future hunts with Fins to Feather LLC may also be terminated.
5) All firearms MUST be in a soft or hard case any time it is in transport whether it be by land or water. All firearms will remain in the case until participants are instructed to remove them.
6) All firearms must not be loaded until 10 minutes before legal shooting time begins.
7) Duck lanyards/waterfowl straps are required for claiming and transporting your waterfowl from the blind/pit.
8) When duck hunting, for safety reasons, the Guide will call the shot. The Guide may appoint one participant in the hunting party to call the shot.
9) If and/or when a Guide calls CEASE FIRE all participants will CEASE FIRE and stop shooting immediately. A CEASE FIRE will be called if there is an observed safety concern. Anyone in the hunting party can call a CEASE FIRE if they observe a safety concern.
10) While hunting, if a banded bird is downed and it is not clear who shot the bird, the bird is the property of the Guide. Ultimately the Guide’s responsibility is to ascertain who shot the bird. If that cannot be done, a shotgun shell drawing will be done to see who gets the banded bird. If a hunter limits out while shooting the group of birds with the banded bird, he or she cannot participate in the drawing.
11) Catfish Noodling, all boxes are built and maintained by Fins to Feathers Outfitter. If you or anyone accompanied by you after the initial charter, knowing the noodling boxes whereabouts, is found to be noodling in boxes maintained by Fins to Feathers Outfitter, without permission from Fins to Feathers Outfitter, you are subject to a full day Charter price.
12) Payments: When booking a hunt or fishing charter, a deposit is reguired. The deposit is 50% Non-Refundable. The remaining balance or payment arrangements are due no less than 30 days before your fishing chartrer or guided hunt. Failure to pay or make payment arrangements will result in cancelation of the fishing charter or guided hunt. Any fising charters or guided hunts booked within 30 days must be paid in full.
13) Cancellations: Anyone canceling a fishing charter or guided hunt 31 days prior to the scheduled fishing charter or guided hunt will recieve a refund minus the 50% Non-Refundable Deposit. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the scheduled fishing charter or guided hunt.
I have read, reviewed, and understand the above Rules and Regulations of Fins to Feathers LLC and hereby agree to follow and abide by them. I understand and agree that if there are any violations as stated above, I am responsible for the fees and payment of the same.
