Be Bare Beauty Academy Terms and Conditions

1. General Enrollment Agreement
I acknowledge that I am applying for admission to Be Bare Beauty Academy and understand that acceptance is contingent upon meeting all admission requirements. I certify that the information provided in my application is accurate and truthful.

2. Academic and Conduct Policy Acknowledgment
I understand that enrollment at Be Bare Beauty Academy requires adherence to all policies, including but not limited to:

Attendance, class participation, and punctuality requirements.
Academic honesty and integrity, including no plagiarism, cheating, or falsification of records.
Professional conduct and respectful behavior towards faculty, staff, and fellow students.
Compliance with all school regulations regarding safety, dress code, and professional ethics.
I agree to abide by the school’s rules and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or dismissal.

3. Liability Waiver & Medical Consent
I understand that participation in beauty courses involves hands-on practice, including but not limited to the use of cosmetic tools, chemicals, and styling equipment. I acknowledge the inherent risks and assume full responsibility for my safety.

In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Be Bare Beauty Academy to seek necessary medical attention for me. I release the school and staff from any liability related to injuries, allergic reactions, or medical conditions arising during school activities.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for informing the school of any known allergies, pre-existing medical conditions, or medications I am taking.

4. Media Release Consent
I grant Be Bare Beauty Academy permission to use my name, likeness, photographs, video recordings, and testimonials for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes. This includes but is not limited to the school’s website, social media, printed materials, and advertisements.

I understand that these materials may be used without further notification, and I waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished media.

5. Technology & Internet Use Agreement
I understand that Be Bare Beauty Academy provides access to computers, Wi-Fi, and other digital resources for educational purposes. I agree to use technology responsibly and will not engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

Cyberbullying, harassment, or any form of online misconduct.
Accessing inappropriate or unauthorized content.
Sharing or distributing confidential student or school information.
I understand that violation of this policy may result in the loss of technology privileges, disciplinary action, or legal consequences.

6. Field Trip & Extracurricular Activity Consent
I authorize Be Bare Beauty Academy to allow me (or my child, if under 18) to participate in school-organized field trips, off-campus educational activities, and extracurricular events.

I understand that participation is voluntary and that the school will take reasonable safety precautions. I release the school from liability for any injuries, losses, or unforeseen circumstances occurring during such activities.

7. Financial Agreement & Refund Policy
I acknowledge that tuition, fees, and other charges must be paid in accordance with the school’s payment schedule.

I understand that refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the school's refund policy, and that withdrawing after the refund deadline may result in partial or no reimbursement.

I accept full responsibility for my financial obligations to Be Bare Beauty Academy, and I understand that unpaid balances may result in account holds, legal action, or collection agency involvement.

8. FERPA & Privacy Acknowledgment
I understand that my academic records, personal information, and enrollment status are protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

My records will not be shared without my written consent, except as required by law. I acknowledge that Be Bare Beauty Academy follows federal privacy guidelines and ensures confidentiality of my information.

9. Agreement & Signature
By signing this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this agreement. I acknowledge that I am legally bound by these policies and that failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, dismissal, or legal consequences.
