I confirm that the salon will not be responsible or liable if the result of the service is not as expected.I confirm that I will follow the regime and suggested maintenance from [Adel] for my hair.I am allowing the salon to apply necessary chemicals as part of the service in my hair treatment.I understand that the result of this chemical may vary from one person to another. I confirm that I have openly and fully disclosed to [Adel /Soleil Hair Studio] all relevant medical conditions, allergies,and any other important health-related information that could affect the hairstyling services.I hereby release, waive, and discharge [Adel/ Soleil Hair Studio],its employees, agents, representatives, and assigns from any all claims, demands damage, actions, or causes of action that may arise as a result of the hairstyling services provided to me.I consent the salon take photographs or videos of the provided service and salon in terms of sharing the photographs or videos to social media for marketing campaigns or testimonials.I acknowledge that the salon employees are licensed professionals and should be treated with respect at all times.I confirm that if 15 minutes late for my appointment, it will be considered a no-show and cancellation fee will be applied. It will be rescheduled.I confirm that I am responsible for my personal items. The salon accepts no responsibility for your personal items including but not limited to clothing. Robes are provided and tops should be removed to protect from chemicals.Free Parking is available in our parking lot front of the salon if your visit is less than two hours if not we have a deck for does who will be visiting the salon more than two hour for avoid penalty.I Understand that on the day of the appointment we can only accommodate the person receiving the service, so kindly ask that you come alone, without companions or children. We understand that plans can change, so if you find yourself with your little ones on the day af your appointment, please send us a quick message. we'll happy to reschedule for another day that works for you.Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation!I have read and fully understand the above appointment cancellation Policy and agree to be bound by its terms. I agree to pay the cancellation fee in the event of missed appointment.I consent, by scheduling this appointment, I acknowledge and agree that all hair services provided are non-refundable, meaning I will not receive a refund for any reason once the service has been completed.
Cancellation Policy

-I respectfully require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.

-Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service scheduled.

-Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.

-Should this happen more than once, You will be prohibited from scheduling an appointment in the future.

**Please note all appointments are on a first come first serve basis. The appointment cannot be finalized until we receive your credit card information**
