Executive position Application

If you are not interested in being on the executive board, you don’t have to complete this section.
Responsibilities of each position:

Vice President - Assist and collaborate with the president, help manage recruitment efforts, and support strategic planning and long-term goals.

Content Creator - manage all social media pages, promote new events, create

eye-catching content in the form of reels, slides, and TikTok videos for all accounts.

Secretary - recording and distributing notes of the meetings, creating and distributing meeting agendas, and keeping track of new members.

Ambassador - Raise awareness of our mission and promote the organization by reposting all new content on their social media, spreading awareness through word of mouth, or distributing flyers in our communities.

TikTok / Instagram Managers - "Manage social media pages, run marketing campaigns, coordinate partnerships, and publish content created by the content team.

DM Support - Manage Instagram DMs and respond promptly to all inquiries and messages

Fundraiser Manager - Oversee all fundraising events and coordinate outreach events at partner facilities.

NOTE: All Executive Board members are REQUIRED to publicize all new posts on their personal social media accounts. Additionally, attend all meetings. If you cannot attend a meeting, please email the president, vice president, and secretary to notify them of your absence.
