Event Set Up: Thursday early evening. There are a variety of jobs to complete including decorations, set up of dressing rooms, backdrop drapes, and props plus unloading our truck and trailer.
Door Host: Varied times throughout the weekend. Welcoming the attendees and checking their passes for the workshop rooms, social dances, etc.
Campfire Ball Set Up: Saturday only from 5:00 – 7:30 pm. We transform the main room into the show with risers, seating and show numbering.
Campfire Ball Show Usher: Help greet and lead attendees to their assigned seats prior to the show. Because this shift is so popular, you must be volunteering for other assignments in addition to requesting this shift.
Event Take Down: Sunday beginning at 4:00pm. There are a variety of jobs to complete including take down of decorations, dressing rooms, backdrop drape and props plus loading onto our truck and trailer.
Staff Hospitality Help: Assisting the Hospitality Coordinator with minor food prep and clean up in our staff hospitality room
Staff Transportation: Our amazing dance professionals need to be transport to/from the airport and hotel. Flight times vary but generally staff arrive Thursday night/Friday morning and depart Sunday night/Monday morning. (Clean vehicle required).
Curling Party Transportation: Non-local event attendees and event staff need to be transported to/from the Curling facility. (Clean vehicle required).
