By submitting this form, the sponsor agrees to the terms outlined in the sponsorship levels and commits to providing the selected sponsorship amount by February 8th 2025. The sponsor also agrees that their company’s name, logo, and brand may be used for event promotion, and grants permission for any photos or videos taken during the event to be used by the event organizers for promotional purposes across digital and print media, without further approval or compensation. The organizer reserves the right to allocate benefits based on the sponsorship level and payment received.
