First Annual 4/19 Cannabis Eve Celebration
EVENT DAY GUIDELINES & PROCEDURES:
SET UP: Saturday, April 19, 2025
9 am to 11 am
EVENT: Saturday, April 19, 2025
12 PM - 12 AM
VENDOR TIME : Saturday, April 19, 2025
12 PM until dusk
Food Vendors will be allowed to stay the entire event.
Tables and chairs can be purchased for an extra $5 rental fee per item needed. Electricity can also be provided as well for $10 for the entire day.
CLEAN UP: Saturday, April 19, 2025 by 8 pm
Vendors (and assistants):
- are required to provide all necessary items (excluding table cloth/cover) to set up their booth/table.
- shall not remove their booth/sales table prior to the end of the event.
- must maintain their spaces in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving the event.
- are expected to display professionalism, courtesy, and respect, when speaking or dealing with ANY guest.
- Venue and Event Committees are not responsible for any items that could be at risk for theft that are brought to the event.
NOTE: NO ITEMS THAT ARE IMMORAL, ILLEGAL OR DANGEROUS WILL BE ALLOWED, IF THE EVENT COMMITTEE FEELS ANY ARTICLES ARE QUESTIONABLE, REMOVAL WILL BE REQUESTED. IF THERE IS NON-COMPLIANCE, IT WILL CAUSE THE VENDOR BEING ASKED TO LEAVE.
