In lieu of the Event Vendor Fee we are asking for a donation item(s) from your business (worth$100+) this(excluding food vendors) you'd like to donate as a giveaway prize(s) during the event? Also if the items are parishable...a gift certificate can be used to visit your business or booth at a later time as well. (ie 5 X $20 gift certificates totalling $100)

EVENT DAY GUIDELINES & PROCEDURES:

SET UP: Saturday, April 19, 2025

9 am to 11 am

EVENT: Saturday, April 19, 2025

12 PM - 12 AM

VENDOR TIME : Saturday, April 19, 2025

12 PM until dusk

Food Vendors will be allowed to stay the entire event.

Tables and chairs can be purchased for an extra $5 rental fee per item needed. Electricity can also be provided as well for $10 for the entire day.

CLEAN UP: Saturday, April 19, 2025 by 8 pm

Vendors (and assistants):

are required to provide all necessary items (excluding table cloth/cover) to set up their booth/table.
shall not remove their booth/sales table prior to the end of the event.
must maintain their spaces in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving the event.
are expected to display professionalism, courtesy, and respect, when speaking or dealing with ANY guest.
Venue and Event Committees are not responsible for any items that could be at risk for theft that are brought to the event.

NOTE: NO ITEMS THAT ARE IMMORAL, ILLEGAL OR DANGEROUS WILL BE ALLOWED, IF THE EVENT COMMITTEE FEELS ANY ARTICLES ARE QUESTIONABLE, REMOVAL WILL BE REQUESTED. IF THERE IS NON-COMPLIANCE, IT WILL CAUSE THE VENDOR BEING ASKED TO LEAVE.

If selected, I understand that the Vendor Table fee of $100 or donation giveaway items is due by deadline registration date of Friday April 11, 2025. Food Vendor Fees are due by Friday March 21st, 2025 by 5 pm
